:: ECLIPSE CLOCK ONE (Sextant) ::
This is the first piece in a series of six I made specifically to be viewed out of doors in the sun for the April 8 eclipse.
The main body is an antique wooden rack with lens blanks in it, augmented with a glass orb as well as a sextant. The clock carving on the top of the piece has vine tendrils replacing the deer's horns. The brick in the bottom says "OHIO."
